--26th: We just reached 666 pageviews...o.o

--23rd: OKAY. So things seem to be going pretty smoothly right now. Everyone seems to understand the rules very well, and people are even branching out and starting to nominate other people's artwork for the featured folder. That's exactly what I wanted to see. But that's not ALL! We're gonna shake things up a bit. >D NOW there's going to be a **FEATURED MANGA** every month. Who's gonna pick it? Me. Not you guys. Me. It doesnt have to be in the featured folder to be picked, and the only requirements for it are simply that it does not violate any of the M-M rules. Where is it gonna be advertised? In the same box as the Directory. There will be a link to it, and if I can figure out how, a small icon/preview of a cover or page. What comics will be picked? Comics that I think are cool.
'But Blizz, what does an artist really get out of his/her comic being featured??'
Well, not only is the link gonna be up there for a whole month for everyone to see, but I am going to DRAW my favorite character from the series (with the artist's permission, of course) and will automatically feature the fanart, linking to their comic. Adding to their advertisement.

--20th: Alright, so I nominated and approved a few deviations for the FEATURED gallery myself, since no one has nominated anything. It kind of disappoints me, that no one has nominated other people's work yet. I mean, I'd really love us all to be reading each other's manga. I want to see evidence of that in the near future. Otherwise, this group was made for nothing. Besides, I guarantee that if you read (AND COMMENT) on other people's manga, you're more likely to receive readers (and commentators) on your manga.

--19th(2): I created a new gallery folder. It's called "Previews of Upcoming Manga". Please check out the rules of submission in the SUBMISSION GUIDELINES before submitting.
--19th: I cleaned up the MEGA-MANGAKA homepage a little bit by creating a directory where the REGISTERED MANGA list used to be. The directory should point everyone in the right direction. If a link doesn't work, please note me.
You may also notice that I seperated a bunch of DA RULES, DA GUIDELINES, AND DA OTHER STUFF up into sub-sections, to make everything a bit easier to read and a little less overwhelming to newbies.


--17th: WHOA. DAMN, guys! we're REALLY starting to grow now! I'd just like to tell you guys how proud I am of you. So far, you've all handled following the rules and guidelines very well. We're still having a bit of trouble with registration, (New people dont seem to grasp the idea of reading the rules FIRST...) but other than that, it looks like the gallery is well organized, and only registered mangakas are submitting, which is exactly what I wanted to see. We're getting bigger faster now, Overnight we got 13 new members. HOLY CRAP. I about peed myself. But like I said, you're all handling yourselves very well. And I'm so happy to see the gallery filling up so fast!!--Blizz

--15th: We're starting to really grow into a decent sized group! I'm excited to see everyone's work, and would love it if everyone who's REGISTERED a manga would start submitting to the gallery! As for those of you who are just here to read, dont forget to comment! Remember, the mangakas work hard on every single one of their pages! Let's see some work done! --Blizz

--13th(2): The rules for submitting your artwork to the FEATURED gallery are finally all worked out. Just look at the "FEATURED" widget at the top of the page for information.
--13th: Okay, so I fixed the bug with the member submissions to the gallery. So, if you tried submitting before today, and it didn't work, it SHOULD work now. Your art will be automatically approved, but if I see any rules broken, I'll send you a warning. If you don't comply to my warnings, you'll get banned from M-M. Peace! --Blizz
